# OrderWiz > OrderWiz reads customer purchase orders from email and PDF, maps each line to your product catalog, checks the customer’s price tier, and posts a sales order into your ERP after a person confirms it. OrderWiz is for wholesale distributors whose customers send purchase orders as PDFs or emails. You forward the order to an inbound address, or upload the file. Lines are mapped to your catalog, using a saved template per customer when you have one. Prices are checked against that customer’s tier. Lines that do not map, and prices that do not match, sit in needs review. Nothing posts until you confirm. One purchase order counts as one order. Founder: Tim. He worked in wholesale workwear, then built OrderWiz. He also founded BudgetBuddie. He also founded BudgetBuddie. - ERPs: MYOB Business, Greentree, Xero, Odoo, Pronto Xi, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage Intacct, and any custom REST endpoint. - Pricing: Starter is $300 per month for up to 750 orders. Scale is $700 per month for up to 3,000 orders. Setup is $2,000 on both. Past that, Enterprise is custom. There is no overage. If you pass the cap, you move up a tier. - Customers keep emailing the purchase order the way they do today. Your ERP stays the system of record. ## How an order moves 1. The customer’s purchase order arrives by email (PDF or the original message) or by upload. 2. OrderWiz reads the lines: item codes, quantities, and prices. 3. Lines are mapped to your catalog. A template saved for that customer is reused on the next order. 4. Each line is checked against that customer’s price tier. 5. You review exceptions and confirm. 6. The sales order posts into your ERP. ## Blog - [Review a sales order before it hits your ERP](https://orderwiz.io/blog/review-orders-before-they-post): Posting a parsed purchase order straight into the ERP is how bad lines become picked stock. What to look at, and what OrderWiz holds back. - [Price tiers and the mistakes keyed orders hide](https://orderwiz.io/blog/price-tiers-and-order-entry-mistakes): The price printed on a customer’s purchase order is their price. Your ERP has their tier. Keyed orders copy the wrong one more often than people think. - [Customer part numbers on purchase orders](https://orderwiz.io/blog/customer-part-numbers-on-purchase-orders): The item code on a customer’s PO is often theirs, not yours. Catalog mapping is the step that turns a parsed line into a product you can post. - [Customer orders that EDI does not cover](https://orderwiz.io/blog/orders-edi-does-not-cover): EDI fits the large trading partners who already send it. The rest of a distributor’s book still arrives as a PDF. Here is how to handle that half. - [Turn a PDF purchase order into a sales order](https://orderwiz.io/blog/pdf-purchase-order-to-sales-order): Customer PDFs and ERP sales orders are different objects. This is the path from an emailed PO to a sales order in MYOB, NetSuite, SAP, Xero, and the rest. - [Email order entry for wholesale distributors](https://orderwiz.io/blog/email-order-entry-for-distributors): Most wholesale orders still arrive as an email with a PDF attached. Here is what email order entry actually involves, and where the time goes. ## Full text - [Complete article text for language models](https://orderwiz.io/llms-full.txt): every blog post in one file.
